How to open a support ticket
Use Contact support on this page when a running pod, SSH session, or deposit needs a person. Email support@novapod.io with the same details if you want a copy outside the form. Include the account email, the GPU name, and the instance id from the rental. For CUDA or SSH, paste the exact error and the template you launched.
If a crypto deposit is not credited
Credits are added from the transfer on the Add credits page, not from a card charge. Pick the amount, then the network, then send only the token shown next to that address. USDT on TRON is not the same payment as USDT on Ethereum. SOL and USDC on Solana use the Solana address. ETH, BNB, and EVM stablecoins use the 0x address.
The page states a $100 minimum. A smaller transfer is not credited. Wait for the network confirmation before writing in. If the token and chain match the page and the credit still does not appear, email support with the transaction hash, the chain name, the amount, the deposit address you sent to, and the account email. Do not send a seed phrase or a private key. Support cannot recover a transfer that went to a different chain.
What to try before you write
SSH failures are usually the security group, the username, or a pod that has already stopped. Open the rental, confirm it is still running, and copy the host from that page rather than from an old note. Framework errors after a template launch belong in the docs first: the SSH and Jupyter guide and the billing guide cover the paths support will ask about.
Billing questions should name the GPU and the hour it ran. The clock is the live ask, counted per second, and it stops when the pod stops. A stopped pod does not keep the hourly ask. If a template will not boot, include the template name from Templates and say whether the same image works on a smaller GPU.
For a price check before a long job, open the pricing pages and the marketplace. Support can explain a charge. The live ask on those pages is the rate that was billed.
